1. General Terms : Rythm Education Foundation is a national-level non-profit organization working in the field of education, with a focus on computer literacy and digital empowerment. All franchise partnerships are based on academic and digital service collaboration, and all transactions are processed through digital modes in a transparent manner.

2. Payment Terms : All payments made by franchise partners must be through digital transfer to the Foundation's authorized HDFC Bank account. Before making any payment, the interested party must clearly understand the terms, services, and responsibilities related to the franchise. Once the payment is made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This policy applies to all types of franchise fees, setup charges, course registration fees, and any other service-related payments.

3. Franchise Cancellation Policy: In the event of franchise cancellation, no refund of any kind will be processed. Franchise cancellation must be done only through a formal written request and is subject to internal review and approval by the organization. The Foundation ensures that all franchise partners are fully informed about the rules, procedures, and expectations before joining.

4. Legal Binding :This policy is equally applicable to all franchise partners without exception. Upon making any payment, it will be assumed that the franchise partner has read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the Refund and Cancellation Policy. The Foundation does not make any verbal or written promises outside of this policy.
